Viber is a popular messaging app available for Android and other mobile devices. It allows you to communicate with your friends and family through text messages, voice calls and video calls. Setting up Viber on your Android phone is easy and takes only a few minutes.
Steps to Set Up Viber
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device and search for Viber.
- Tap on the Viber app and select Install. Once it is installed, open the app.
- Enter your mobile phone number and tap on the Next button.
- Viber will send a verification code to your mobile phone number. Enter the verification code in the app.
- Verify your identity by entering the last four digits of your phone number.
- Enter your name and select whether you would like to sync your contacts with Viber. You can also add a photo if you would like.
- Once you have entered all the required details, tap on the Done button.
Using Viber
Once you have set up the app, you will be able to communicate with your contacts using text messages, voice calls and video calls. You can start a conversation with any of your contacts by tapping on their name in the list of contacts. You can also create a group chat by tapping on the plus icon at the top right corner of the screen.
In addition to text messaging, you can also make voice calls and video calls with Viber. To make a voice or video call, open the conversation window and tap on the phone or video icon at the top right corner of the screen.
